Welcome To Another Health Tip

Today is another day and i am going to give you an other health tips to maintain your blood level.
On my last email i told how important "POTATO LEAVE" to our health which i believe you have already taken advantage of that mail if you have not please go ahead and do it because it will save you lots of money that should have been spend in the hospital.
 
Today we are still going to focus on "BLOOD SHORTAGE RECOVERY" before i continue  i want to ask if you have enjoyed the last mail your response will is important to us so kindly send us your response by replying YES  or NO.
 
As wee all know blood shortage can cause a lot of havoc to your health so taken a preventive measure can help you stay healthy but you only need to increase your blood level when you are sure that your blood level is low or recommended b a physician.
 
Now let's go into the subject matter.
I believe you know what we call TIN TOMATO? good, physician in their description of tin tomato says it is very rich in nutrient and also good for our health so tomato consumption is highly recommended.
Another way to make a good advantage of tomato  is what i am about to expose to you now and that is using it to increase your blood level.
 
To do this follow this step:-
  1. Buy tin tomato with a valid expiring date and NAFDAC reg. number.
  2. Open it and poor the tomato content into a clean cup or plate.
  3. Buy a bottle of Malt.
  4. Turn it into the tomato content.
  5. Stir to mix together
  6. Then serve.
That's all

Court Dissolves Pastor’s 5-year-old Marriage Over Infidelity

An Abeokuta Customary Court on Thursday dissolved a five- year-old marriage between Pastor Samuel Oniyide, 42, and his wife, Kabirat, saying it was obvious they no longer loved each other. The pastor had asked the court to dissolve the marriage, accusing his wife of disrespectfulness and infidelity; claims which the respondent denied. Despite the denial, however, the respondent consented to the dissolution of the marriage, saying she was tired of the union. Dissolving the marriage, the President of the Court, Olalekan Akande said it was obvious that love no longer existed between the couple. He, however, said that the welfare of the two female children of the couple was of importance to the court. Akande granted custody of the children to Kabirat and ordered the pastor to pay N5,000 monthly for the children's upkeep.
