I went to the hospital to check a friend of mine when i ran into a white man who make me to understand the we are wasting medical materials here in Nigeria due to our TOO LOCAL MEDICAL SYSTEM i was amaze when the white man describe a leave we can use to recover from malaria and blood shortage issues even you will be amaze except you know it before but if not you will be as i do.
The leave i mean is a popular leave that we see commonly but it has a lot to offer, it is full of nutritious content, highly recommended by professional medical practitioners.
 
WHRE CAN THIS LEAVE BE FOUND?
Nice question; when i say that this leave is common it is common and it can be found every where around you, it is a domestic leave so it can even be found in your veranda:- PAUSE---------------------------------------------------------------
 
 WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE LEAVE?
What is the name of the leave? you ask i guess, well let me tell you,
It is call "POTATO LEAVE " I want to believe that you already know the leave but don't know what it is use for and how to use don't worry i will leave no stone unturn.
 
HOW TO USE
To get started follow this step:-
 
  1. Get some potato leave
  2. Wash it very clean
  3. Squeezes it thoroughly to bring out the water content
  4. Turn the water content into a clean cup or container
  5. Buy a bottle of malt drink
  6. Buy a tin of peak milk (optional)
  7. Turn them together
  8. Stir it to mix together
  9. Then Serve that's all.
You can also cook the said leave in your soup, beans rice, salad and more.
